Al Roker, the Today weatherman, is providing an update on his health nearly one year after experiencing a series of significant health complications.
Roker, who is 69 years old, disclosed to Entertainment Tonight that he has been “doing great” and attributes the majority of his success to his new granddaughter.
“I am doing exceptionally well.” “I assure you, the only thing that has sustained me is the arrival of my new granddaughter,” he stated on Tuesday.

Roker recently reported for grandfather duty and supervised his three-month-old granddaughter over the weekend.
The two still managed to have a delightful time, despite his admission that he had forgotten “how hard a 3+ month old is on your own.”
The delighted grandfather shared a montage of photos of his granddaughter savoring numerous outings during what Roker referred to as “the perfect weekend.”
